How often DO you come to visit our home for HomeWatch inspections?
We recommend weekly inspections so that we are able to address issues that arise in a timely manner.
What if we have a storm? How do you prepare? What about the post-storm inspection?
Depending on the type of storm, we may want to do a pre-storm inspection. For example, in the case of an anticipated high-wind event, we may want to secure loose items outside (patio furniture, wall art, etc.).
After a storm, and to the degree access is possible, we will go to your home as soon as possible and perform a thorough inspection and schedule emergency repairs.
What if we have an emergency after hours or on weekends?
We are available 24 hours a day via phone, text, and email.
Do you monitor service companies such as lawn, pool/spa, pest, etc.?
We monitor the entire home for maintenance needs and report them to you and/or make necessary repairs.
