Why We Exist

We provide a visual inspection on a weekly basis, looking for obvious issues that could adversely affect your home or investment. In addition, we offer solutions to those issues, utilizing our network of licensed and insured vendors.

Your toughest decision as a seasonal homeowner is knowing who to turn to for direction and support to maintain your Mountain home in your absence. Shopping for various service companies can be a hit-or-miss proposition.

Mountain HomeMinders exists to provide you Peace of Mind and more of what you are here for…quality leisure time. Let us work for you to ensure that your time in the Mountains is a pleasure and not a burden.

We have two types of service. First is our HomeWatch Contract program with a la carte services, as needed. Second is our exclusive Estate Management Contract for clients who prefer an all-inclusive, pre-scheduled, and/or guaranteed service program tailor-made exclusively for their homes. Our Estate Management program is reserved for a limited number of clients.

On a limited basis, we offer Short-term Rental management.
